Twisted Metal Two is a great game if you are looking to blow the shit out of some stuff. The graphics are great. With tons of fun things to do and levels to play, you can spend hours playing this game. The weaponry on this game is quite creative and is very versatile depending on you wants to do. If you are looking to blow the shit out of a computer controlled player, because they suck ass, you can.
Or you can just shoot the hell out of them with some machine guns.
The characters in this game are fun and exhilarating. You can spend lots of time just going back and forth between them figuring out their special weapons and which one suits you best. I don't know if you can do multiplayer but if you can, then it makes the experience that much better. You can dominate the shit out of your friends and make them feel like little pansies.
It is one of the best games of all time. The sound is great, the quality is excellent, and the fun will never end. Well, it might end after a few days or so but, you will have lots of fun in the meantime. I recommend this game because it is one of the best in the series. So in my conclusion, I would have to say that if you have plenty of downloads available, you should download this game.

Developed by SingleTrac Entertainment Technologies, Incorporated and released for play on the personal computer in the middle nineties by SCEA, Twisted Metal 2 is the second instalment in a series of combat oriented automobile games. It is a third person perspective driving game that takes place in a post apocalyptic setting. It was also ported to the Playstation, but did find a nice niche on the personal computer, mainly due to the popularity of the original game.
In Twisted Metal 2, the gamer has a choice of a total of ten battle-tested road warriors. The game is very much like a gladiator style arena combat sequence, only it features some interesting vehicles as competitors. Some of the vehicles the user will have to choose from include an armoured police car, a taxi cab, a motorcycle, and an ice cream truck. Yes, it is hard to look bad and tough in an ice cream truck, but wait until you see this ice cream truck!
Twisted Metal 2 features eight large worlds for the user to navigate. It is a highly destructive game, and not much of the town will be left standing following a road race. Buildings, both residential and commercial, will be destroyed in the furious quest for the finish lines. If the cars do not blow up obstacles with their advanced weaponry, they will simply drive over or through them, creating as much destruction as if they fired off a large missile.
There are two styles of play. The first is a single player mode where the user will race through the environments being pursued by legions of enemy baddies. The second, possibly more entertaining, mode of play is the head to head battle with another player. Here, the user will have to use his arsenal of weapons to attack the single enemy. Some of the weapons the user has at his disposal include flamethrowers, napalm, homing missiles, and machine guns. The user has the unique ability to switch between several camera angles to better view the action and the results of his own destructive nature.
There are some surprises in the game that won’t be totally revealed here. There are secret characters that the game can select, and the user will also (if lucky) be able to destroy the appropriate items and find maps from the original game in the series. The graphics are not as cool in the PC version as the Playstation version, but they are still passable and the action and bonuses are still just as nifty. Overall, this is a good game.
