When I was a young girl my parents never really had a computer for me to go on. All my friends were playing these cool games and I felt like I was missing out. The first game I ever tried when I was little was, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?
The game was awesome, my friend and I would play hours on end to race the clock to try to beat Carmen.

Little did we know we were also learning the basics of geography? For ever place we visited they showed us the flag, you collected artifacts and you met the people. Most of the time you would fly to the capital cities.
Although we didn’t win very often, it was cool to see us build ranks higher and higher. Through our age we progressed in the game. Through this game, I also learned my standard computer keyboard skills, as this was my first time ever using a real computer. Carmen Sandiego may have been the first game I ever played on the computer but it wasn’t the last. I enjoyed other games such as Cross Country Canada, and the Oregon Trail. These games also helped me with my geography skills. The challenges they give you in games such as these is problem solving. This is the key ingredient to solving basically any game. Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?, may still be just recommended for young children however, I still have fun playing it to this day. Another popular game that I have grown to like is SIMS. Sim is a great game, and you can save your life and your home, and build on the game every time you go on your computer.
I think that a game that has the ability to keep you up for hours, and challenging yourself is the best game. One of these is definitely Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? I believe it’s important to remember with computer games what you enjoy most about them. Some people like a big challenge, a mind buster, a card game, or simply just making people’s lives and houses. Solving crimes is definitely my favourite game to play and with having Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? I have a lot of fun. So I suggest this game along with the others that I suggested if you’re like me and enjoy some challenge and a lot of fun. Doesn’t matter your age you can always enjoy a game such as this one!
