The graphics are bland but OK. The game seems to be silent. The gameplay is rather complex, a bit too complex. It may be hard to figure out what you're doing. Too much micromanagement and too much to figure out as you go out in your boat to go to war.
Unless you're a member of the Navy, you may find this game dull and boring.
