As the name implies, this is a package of several simple games in the tradition of Tic-Tac-Toe, Mastermind, Towers of Hanoi, etc. The Tic-Tac-Toe renditions here are probably the best Tic-Tac-Toe games in the whole world. There are 5 levels of computer AI, ranging from super-easy to impossible, and there is also a Blitz mode which randomly places an X and an O somewhere on the board before the game even starts.
If you like the simple games that you may have played as a kid, give this cute little package a try.
This is version 3.7 of the pack, the latest version as of July 17, 2005. Earlier versions went under the name of "Nephew's Puzzle Pack".

This is one of the most classic yet fun games there is. Genius's Puzzle Pack is old, yet still has that fun kick into the game. It was introduced in 1996 and was a huge hit from there. Still today there are many people who are looking for the CD or download.
Genius's Puzzle Pack features six complete thinking games in one CD or download. Cubby Hole Trouble, Marbles (customizable Mastermind clone), Scary Nightmare, Part Time Job Detention Tic Tack Toe and Blitz Tack Toe are the games that people want to play. We will go through a couple of the games and see how good they really are.
Cubby Hole Trouble is a game that anybody ages 9-99 can play. It is a thinking game that can be easy or hard. It all depends on they way you think.
Marbles is one of my favorites. You have to get certain color (or type) of marbles in a row and make a match, but it is not what you are thinking. The marbles fall in this line and you must maneuver them for a match. The skill is trying to be one step ahead of the game. If that is a skill you have, or would like to have, then this is the game for you. It gets very hard and frustrating, but once you catch on, it gets to be real fun!
Tick Tac Toe is one of the oldest games you can play. It came from generations that people don’t even remember now, but it is still played by elementary, junior high and even high school. When you have just finished a TAKS test or just any test and you have a buddy, pull out a piece of paper and make a board. This version of Tic Tac Toe is even more fun! Not only is it Tic Tac Toe, but it is virtual. No drawing, no bad handwriting. You don’t even need someone else! You can play it right at your personal computer and play like you have never played before!
The whole pack is worth what ever amount you can get it for. If you have to spend one hundred dollars for the thing, it is worth it. Genius’s Puzzle Pack is not just a pack of puzzles, but it is a bundle of fun. I recommend it to any one who has the chance to get there hands on it. I played it when I was little, and I never regretted getting fat because of it. Now, I still have it and I still love the CD. It is one thing that makes my life keep going. I give this pack five out of five stars.
