Zool 2 is a kind of advertising game for Chupa Chups. You have to walk through the levels and while killing other creatures in the level you have to pick up candies. The logo of Cupa Chups will give you more points than the small candies of course.
Zool 2 has nice graphics and a good gameplay, so that's why it might be nice to play this game if you like platform games.
Reviewer: Dos-Games-Online Zool 2 is the sequel to the game Zool, a British video game that was designed to compete against the popular Sony the Hedgehog games. This is a fun and comical game that I really enjoyed playing when it was released in the 90s.
Zool 2 is a fun arcade adventure game that is packed with great games. You can choose between two characters: Zool and Zooz. The goal of the game is to pass through different worlds and complete the different games in order to reach true Ninja status. There are shooting games and several arcade games. There are also some things that you need to collect throughout the game such as shields, bombs and others. There are also stages where you have to get candies. The candies with the Chupa Chups logo can earn you more points than the other types of candies. This was actually part of the marketing campaign for Chupa Chups in the 90s. The original game and the sequel were actually released under a lot of hype. Zool 2 did not reach the same status as the original game though because at that time Amiga was already in the decline. It is still a much better game than the original Zool.
The game has a fantastic and colorful graphics. The game play, speed and controls of the original were retained in the sequel. The game also had the same cute cartoon look of the original game but this game has a more modern look and feel to it and certainly looks more clean and fun.
Despite the cute character, the upbeat music and the candy-theme in some of the levels, you shouldn’t be tricked into thinking that this is an easy game designed for the grade school kid. The game is in fact pretty difficult to master which is great for those who want challenging video games. What make the game difficult are the little games and challenges you have to complete here and there. The game is past paced and the music certainly adds to the overall feel and pace of the game. It gives you good cues of what’s happening in the game and is not annoying like the sound of other video games.
The game provides you with several live so you can do a task a second time when you fail it the first time. It is definitely just as addictive as the first game. I highly recommend this game to Zool fans. It’s a great sequel to a great classic. Download Zool 2 - zool2.zip
