Skunny, we know him from the racegame called Skunny Karts. This platform games is starring Skunny too. Help this guy to find his girlfriend Rosie in the forest by completing the levels. Once you finished a level, you will turn into a kind of superman and you can fly to the frog that is somewhere in the level. Kill this frog and you've completed the level for 100%.
With very recognizable sounds, a good gameplay and fine graphics, Skunny: Back to the Forest might be a nice game to play.

Video gaming programmers have made millions by inventing and reinventing the cute little animated super hero type characters that people just automatically fall in love with. Earthworm Jim, Sonic the Hedgehog, Jazz Jackrabbit, and even Nintendo’s Super Mario Brothers come to mind. Who can help wanting to help pilot these colorful, interesting, fabulous little avatars around the gaming environments created for them. Skunny Hardnut is another of these wonderful little heroes…a crazy but cute animated little squirrel. Skunny: Back to the forest is a standard, vividly colorful platform game starring this fun little squirrel. It is an early nineties release by Copysoft that is very fast and smooth as side scrolling platform games are concerned. It was created especially for the DOS operating system for play on the personal computer.
In Skunny: Back to the Forest, young Skunny stars in his own video game. It is kind of a vicious circle with a video game creating a video game. Skunny has always loved his father’s tales, especially as bedtime stories, and most of them supposedly are based on Skunny’s father’s own adventures in life. To have as much activity in his life as his father had in his, Skunny wants to star in his own video game. Unfortunately for Skunny, none of the computer programming companies he contacted thought that a video game starring a squirrel was a very good idea. Poor Skunny ends up financing his own program by hiring the folks at Copysoft to make his own video game. But there were complications. Skunny insisted on a lifelike rendering of his own cute self for the game’s star, and attempts to scan him came out in black and white and missing body parts. To rectify the situation and make the gaming character as realistic as possible, Skunny decided to physically enter the game.
The plot of the game sees King Toad capturing all of the gray squirrels, friends of Skunny’s, while Skunny is on vacation. They are to be bait for the trap he has set for the hero squirrel. Of course, Skunny will have to attempt to rescue his friends, and this effort plays out like a standard side scrolling platform game. He will find Super Healthnuts in each level, rescue the squirrels and destroy each nasty environment.
This is a colorful and fun little play that is suitable for gamers of all ages. It is well worth a download. Users who enjoy Back to the Forest should also consider some of Skunny’ s other fun adventures, such as Save Our Pizza.
