I remember I had a game like this on my old mobile phone. The intention is to play the music that has been played by the computer a moment before. First the computer will play one note, you have to play one note, the computer plays two notes, you have to play two notes etc etc.
The graphics aren't very nice, bit standard, but if you like music you might like to play this game.
